Carbon Central 2023.3 - AS Native

New version of Carbon Central is out - 2023.3
It's Apple Silicon native, which is excellent news.
No release notes as yet.
It performs a firmware update on the Carbon.
Launches nice and fast!

No obvious changes within Carbon Central.
One subtle change inside PT, where it looks like it will be possible to assign functions to the A,B,C and talkback buttons, but no clear way to do so.
No obvious output remote control, but I haven't looked at Eucon yet.
Latency, as reported in Studio One, (with Carbon Central rather than AMS running) is the same as before for input, output, roundtrip and instrument, so I'm guessing no changes to the AVB stack.

Good to know! I've updated the Carbon Central on my Apple Silicon computer and it finally works well. BTW, just wondering if anyone knows about the differences of Carbons betweeen serial prefix ENENG and ENESI? I've just noticed that there are two versions of Pro Tools Carbon. Mine starts with ENENG.

No clear explanation but different minimum levels of PT needed for different versions.
