Default Soft Key Command editor problem assigning shortcuts
Since I updated to the EUCONTROL 2022.12 version, the key shortcuts both with individual letters or combinations with the shift, Control, Alt/opt, win/cmd, etc. keys. They stopped working.
I deleted them and recreated them and they still don't react.
Some help

In Windows 11 OP
Protools 12Hd

I'm sorry for you. but it leaves me a little calmer not to be the only one. I'm still looking into the matter and haven't come up with any kind of solution.

After a lot of testing I am sure that it is a compatibility problem only with Windows 11. Works perfect in Windows 10.

I'm on a Mac so I don't think it's a Windows compatibility problem.

On Mac, try removing EuControl and MC Client from System Prefs->Security & Privacy->Accessibility, reboot, then add them back in. That worked for me.
