Soft Keys - System Soft Key Display Mode

Under User:Soft Keys: System Soft Key Display Mode: I have it set to "Left Automation Module Soft Key Display Only"

For some reason even though I have the setting to load User settings with the title when I load my Pro Tools session it loads this setting properly but it doesn't actually put the clicked WS, Layout Mode, Type in the proper place it always goes back to the default of Master Touch Left.

I have to change the setting to something else and then back to what I want to have it take.
