Anyone else lost access to the new Avid user pages?

My login works for mydigi, but can no longer get access to the actual information on the avid webiste. Used to work.
Anyone, Digi, anyone, bueller, digi, anyone, bueller.....

I cannot now see my purchased products and link for download.
I had Pro Tools HD 7.4 in Digi>Store>Purchased.
Now it's gone on Avid page and account.
So if I re-install the operating system or change the drive or computer, where I should get it????

It's there, but you need to click on your Order History, then choose the correct year that the order was placed. In your case...

1. Go to Your Account: http://account.avid.com
2. Login with your regular My Digi/DigiStore email and password
3. Under Orders, click on "Order History"
4. Where it says "view past orders", choose 2008
5. Where it says "Pro Tools HD 7.3 to 7.4 Upgrade", click on View Order
6. Scroll down to the bottom of your order to download the installers.

The login function for "Your Account" and the online store was down earlier in the day, but was fixed around 7:30 PST on Sunday.
