Default Constant Coreaudio Error (-10011)

Running a G4DP 1.25, OSX 10.3.9, 2GB ram, Logic Pro 7.1.1, Digi CoreAudio Driver v.6.4 w/ a Digi 001. I keep getting this error code message "CoreAudio:
System Overload.
The audio engine was not able to process all required data in time.
(-10011 "

Basically I'm using two instances of EWQLSO Gold, one instance of Sampletank XL 2.0 & a couple (2or3) EXSs'. I tried all disk buffer settings, up to 1024... and still get this error message popping up constantly.

Anyone have a clue as to what's causing this? It's really getting annoying
