I have an active Pro Tools subscription, and the Avid site clearly states that:
Get the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle with a Subscription to Avid Pro Tools and Pro Tools | Ultimate Further reading suggests that the licences should be in my iLok account, which is linked to my avid account, and shows all my active licenses except the Complete Plug In Bundle. I found the bundle in the Download Centre, but of course when I tried to open Pro Tools, each new plug in asked me to activate, and when it couldn't find the license it naturally didn't open the plug ins, and Pro Tools runs without them. Does anyone know why the license wouldn't be available in my iLok account? How can I get the licenses for the plug ins I seem to be entitled to? Running: Mac Mini M1 16GB ram. Try refreshing your iLock app. If that doesn’t work reach out to support. It should work. It does for me.
Oh wait - u have an M1. Not sure if that’s compatible!!!

I've got the same issue. My iLock shows that my PT Ultimate subscription renewed but the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle did not.
Is there a fix for this? |
