Hey there, I updated my Avid Pro Plugins subscription today but I am not able to see it updated in ilok therefore I am not able to use them. Problem is, a mix was going on and project needed to be stop just because of the delay. The project is kind of urgent and I really don't know what to do now. Do any of you guys have a suggestion?

Tried to load mine in PT this morning, no go. CC has been billed, but iLok account says expired 9/25.

Same problem here. The subscription was auto renewed about 2 weeks ago, but the license is expired in my iLok account. Fernando |

A new license was deposited for you last week but I couldn't find a support case based on your email address, so not sure how you were notified. Please activate that using iLok License Manager.
