Can PT10 and PT11 both coexist on the same hard drive? I just moved on from powermac G5s to a MacPro. I bought a bundle with a permanent license that includes all versions of PT10 and PT11 and all the plug-ins for each. I'm running Mavericks. I installed PT10 and there are no problems. I have read that 10 and 11 are so fundamentally different that they, each with all their respective plug-ins, can be installed side by side without conflict. Does Avid agree?

Yes it was supported. If I remember correctly, we had PT10 installed and simply ran the installer for PT11. It created it's own resources and lived together.
