I'm using 7.1 and trying to pitch shift a section of audio. I highlight the area, and open the pitch shift in audiosuite, but no matter how a change the "note" level, the pitch stays the same. The "coarse" and "ratio" work fine to slow down or speed up the tempo, but i just want to change the pitch without effecting the tempo. Any suggestions?

Make sure that "Use in Playlist" is highlighted in the Pitch Shidt dialogue box. If it isn't, PT will still pitch shift the region, but it puts it over in the audio regions bin without putting it in the timeline.
