Life is what happens while you're waiting around for the future.

Hmm cant help but think that in the next2-3 years we will inevitably see dual 4 GZ G5 machines. Now at this rate we really should be able to run a large enough session with enough quality plugins without grinding the machine to a halt. Im sure the gremlins at digi are thinking hard about this one cause it WILL impact their TDM sales. Their is no reason at this moment other than product protection that warrants LE systems to 32 tracks.I would not be surprised to see in 5 years time a single TDM card that is required to run pro tools software with the majority of processing done on the dual 8Ghz G7's... Its the software that will become the trump card not the TDM hardware.
