Can't buy reinstatement Avid Store

Hi there. I'm can't seem to reinstate my Pro Tools perpetual plan. When I click on the $260 (CDN) option, it gives me this error:

"Only one System Id can be crossgraded at a time. Please keep only one crossgrade item in the cart and proceed with checkout"

There is nothing else in my cart, what does this error mean? I've tried Safari, Chrome & Firefox, on Mac and Windows.

Obviously this is on me for leaving it so long, but I only use this license sparingly at home, at work I use our Ultimate licenses. Took me forever to decide what to do with the new pricing scheme. I would like to reinstate. (For what it's worth, I get the same error if I choose to cross grade to a subscription).

If I buy a reinstatement plan code from an authorized retailer, would that work? Avid's Store has had issues for me in the past (no renewal button, etc).

This is for expired Perpetual license of PT non ultimate and is for a year.

I bought from the Sweetwater link, something went wrong so they needed a few hours to fix it, but I've now redeemed the code and am up and running.
