project list is empty! Gone forever?

I subscribe to Cloud storage for my Pro Tools First projects. But suddenly they're all gone and it just says 'project list is empty.'

On my Cloud storage account I can see there's 125mg of data so something's up there! I tried creating a new project from Pro Tools First, but that didn't save to the cloud either.

Any ideas on retrieving my projects, (particularly the current one!)??? Or are they gone for ever? In which case, maybe I need a refund on my cloud storage fee...

I hope one of the mods can help you retrieve your current projects. In the future, I recommend you create "sessions" instead of projects. Sessions reside on your computer instead of in the cloud

Keep checking the Avid Status Page. Apparently they are experiencing issues with retrieving cloud projects and don’t have a solution just yet.

Also try to sign out then sign in from within Pro Tools. Sometimes this will sync things again and you may see your projects again.

This happened to me several times. That's why no I do everything in offline mode.
