How to unlock my bundled software

i have used the my registered authorization codes, and my software still doesn't unlock. i have gone to the IK multimedia registration site and requested different authorization codes and they issue the same one. so what can i do? I have been sure to carefully enter the exact serial numbers and digital ID numbers where ever they've been requested, so i don't know what to do. is there other sources for these codes?
