AIR Instruments & plugins in PT 2020.3?

Are all of the AIR instruments & plugins included with the one installer for v2020.3? I do not see a separate installer as with previous versions.

If I remember right, there wasn't a new pack for 2020. I think I'm using the 2019 Instruments with 2020.

If plugins are not updated with a new version, they are assumed compatible
