Need Help Urgent Can't Open PT

I have a PT Ultimate subscription granted to me by AVID for being a Carbon early adopter. I use it daily. It also includes a Vanilla PT subscription. Both expire later this year. I use it on my iMac.

Yesterday we got a new MacBook. I took the Vanilla subscription and put it in the iLOK cloud for use with the new laptop in another room as I don't need Ultimate there.

Today I launched PT from my iMac, and it said my subscription had expired.

Went to iLOK license manager and I suddenly cannot see an Ultimate subscription anywhere, only the Vanilla one in the cloud. When I closed the cloud session, thinking maybe that had something to do with it, PT launched on my main Mac, but it was the Vanilla version. It is as if I don't have Ultimate anywhere.

Any help appreciated I have to be working this weekend....

In iLok license manager, are you signed in and looking at the "All licenses" tab at the top?

Yes...this is baffling. It's like I don't own it....I just see Vanilla PT

I'm in an idiot. My 2nd iLk I guess came partially loose, after reinserting all is well. Sorry for the panic
