Default Can't open project stored in the cloud

I'm having the exact problem described by PatJo in the following thread:

http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t...hlight=annoyed

I have a project in the cloud which I am now getting an error when loading saying, "There was a problem downloading. Would you like to try to open the cached copy?". When I try to open the cached copy I get the following error: "Could not complete your request because the parameter is incorrect..."

When the problem first happened, I had exceeded the 1 GB of cloud storage, but I have since upgraded my account and now have 100 GB available.

I see that in the above-mentioned case, Avid Audio Tech Support was able to reset things on their side in order to recover the project. I would be grateful if they could do the same for me.

I currently only have this one project stored in the cloud. It is called "Franklin's Tower". Would be great to get this back. Thanks.

You’ll need to create a support case to get things moving. Come back here with the case number and we should be able to get someone to look at it pronto.

Hi. I created case number 04200425. On July 5, Christopher from Avid Customer Care, asked if he could reset my password. I said "Yes", but I haven't heard back since then. Do I just need to be patient?

Sorry for the delay replying. Yes, patience is a virtue.

I escalated your issue. Hopefully something can be made to happen soon.
