PT 8.0.3cs2 Driver Version #

Can anyone who is using PT 8.0.3cs2 with XP/SP3 verify that the driver is Ver. 8.0.3.250 dated 12/14/2009?

My 8.03cs2 pc (Vista32) is typically not plugged into my 002 (I use it for tracking only) so I can't tell you from Device Manager at the moment, but I can tell you what the files say on my hdd.

C:\Program Files\Digidesign\Drivers\MMERefresh.exe
File version 8.03.251 12/18/2009 9:29PM

C:\Program Files\Digidesign\Pro Tools\digiSPTIService.exe
File version 8.03.251 12/18/2009 8:51PM

If the file versions on your hdd match your version/date above I'd have to think you've got an earlier driver on your machine.

Thanks for the reply Mike.

I'm not at the studio right now but will check the hdd files when I get in.

I could not find a section on the Avid support site where all driver updates and their version numbers could be accessed like when you go to Nvidia's site. There you can choose which driver you would like to use. There are times in other programs when it's best to roll back. Having a list of and access to driver versions and dates of release can be beneficial.
