Where did BOOM go?

I installed AIR Boom a long time ago, as a part of package with Pro Tools, probably around 2012-2014. It has worked and loaded fine for over 10 years. I did an update, and now it's asking for the code, and then says the code is not for Boom???? It won't launch. It is not listed on my DL on either Avid or AIR's website. I do not use plugs I didn't pay for, so where is this authorization? Did AIR decide to pull it out of the AIEP3 bundle?

I did see it listed on this website, so I'm not loosing my mind.

NOT cool of them to sell something, and then take it back and extort money from people. It makes the whole honor system of buying/supporting plug manufacturers and questionable thing. Does the industry have to go back to stealing/cracking plugs?

The same exact thing happened with Apple. Make sure you screen shot ALL your purchases on the AppleTV purchases, as a few titles I purchased, were suddenly gone. No refund. No warning.

When you say you did an update, how big of a gap was there between them?
Boom is still included with Pro Tools, so I'm wondering if this was a big jump, if the newer versions are looking for a different license?

Let us know and we can try and get this pointed in the right direction.

Boom did not go anywhere --- Your post is lacking critical info:
So to clarify YES Boom is still included with Pro Tools Studio and Ultimate BUT not in the free Pro tools Intro version.

So which version did you update to ?

Note that Boom is listed on the Avid website in the included plug is lists for Studio and Ultimate

Note The BH Photo page is irrelevant

Also You might want list you system info including what interface, OS and PT Version

So if you updated to Studio or Ultimate. Your Avid Account "MY PRODUCTS" page > under either PT Studio or Ultimate ()You will have to download the two AIR links )
