How to change the grid view from keyboard?

I do a lot of midi so i need to change the grid lines faster. Is it possible from the keyboard ?
And the same question for the Midi zoom.

Win+Alt+minus/plus key on the numeric keypad.

More than one way to do this. Alt + mouse wheel.

...or, open Pro Tools > Help > Keyboard Shortcuts.

...or, open Pro Tools, Alt > H > K.
