Default Compatibility with screen readers and screen enlargers

We have a digital recording studio and record audio books. We have Windows based computers and run and store files to a Windows 2003 Server. We are looking into purchasing Protools . We have low vision and blind operators of our equipment. Does Protools work with keystrokes rather than a mouse and do you know if it will work with screen readers and screeen enlargers.
