MP3 on iLok, Not Working... Why?

I have an auth MP3 ilok account for PT's but, for some reason, it tells me that "The MP3 option cannot be enabled because: Module initialization failed for MP3 bundle. The MP3 demo period may have expired."

Uhhhh, what do I do now? I'll try to re-install it but, has anyone else seen this when trying to make an MP3?

I am confused, i bought the MPTK then recently upgraded to MPTK2 with PT8
I get the same mp3 option error as mentioned above when trying to export a region as an MP3, but looking at my Ilok account, i only have the license for the MPTK and not the mp3 option.

My confusion is two-fold -

Should i have a seperate license for the MP3 option or should it come under my MPTK license?

Why won't it work? :)

I have to admit, it has never worked since i bought the original MPTK and i just gave up wasting time trying to make it work.

If anyone can help, it would be appreciated
