Confused if Presonus Audiobox 1818VSL problems have been fixed with certain macs?

I was possibly going to order a new Presonus Audiobox 1818VSL to use with my late 2012 iMac 27 and mid 2014 MacBook Pro 15.

It seems that there was a problem with this unit and some mac models but from the wording on this link below, it's difficult for me to tell if the problems have all been remedied by the version 1.3 of Presonus' driver for all of the mentioned mac models or not…..can anyone help or report if you know this unit is fully compatible with all macs and USB 3.0 now?
