iLok is causing havoc!
Today I installed ivory ii grand piano.
After this installation, pro tools needs to be activated again but it doesn't work. Now I am [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]ed and cannot use pro tools 11. I am certain that iLok is the problem here but I don't know what is wrong. Not much help from ilok.com yet so I am asking here. How to fix. I should add that the pro tools license has a padlock icon on it on ilok.com. I don't know what that means. Kjetil |

Maybe the plug-in installation removed some component of the Pro Tools iLok extensions.
Try downloading the latest version of the iLok License Manager from www.iLok.com and install that again. Then login to your account using the ILM application rather than the website. If you still have a problem, do a Sync/Repair of the iLok using the instructions in the Known Issues page linked at the bottom of the iLok.com home page. |

Did you disable USB power management?
(The padlock means that the PT11 license is part of a "locked" group, since PT 11 comes bundled now with PT 10.) |
