More C24 Problems

I am now on to my third C24, having gone through both the paint and the fader motor problems! My current one is thirteen months old and is used for about thirty hours per week, with just myself operating it. Already, the arrows are wearing off the transport controls and, more worrying, the input gain pots crackle when turned. We are in a prestine, purpose built air conditioned environment. Has anyone else had these problems?

I've had some trouble with the Focusrite preamps. Even more, I've had some real problems with really loud popping through the monitor section. I've also had lots of problems with the scribble strip dimming.

I'm on my second unit as well. I'm really fed up.
