Default Plugin menu favorites

I never used the plugin menu favorites feature much, but I thought I'd clean it up and start using it more. Good when using Artist Mix.

I have plugins sorted by both category and manufacturer, and I like it that way. Now, I can add a favorite by holding command and clicking it. It shows up inn the plugin menu above the categories. If I command-click it again it goes away.

Here's what I can't seem to fix, it's probably something simple; A couple of plugins sits in the menu, one level up; under 'search…' and above 'Plugin'.

I've tried every modifier key, searched, and tried a tip I found about holding opt-cmnd and clicking 'No insert', which is supposed to clear all favorites. It clears the favorites I mentioned first, but not the ones under 'Search…'.

Any thoughts?

Default Re: Plugin menu favorites

I find that the two favorites I can't get rid of (under 'search' and above 'plugins') shows up on the artist mix controller. But if I create a new favorite (cmnd-click) it shows up above categories and manufacturers - but are not available on the artist mix.

I have a sense that this might be eucon-related. I've tried setting favorites with the artist mix powered off, it makes no difference.

Default Re: Plugin menu favorites

Nope. Just my own stupid fault.
The two 'favorites' is simply the prefs setting 'default EQ and dynamics'. Set them to none and they're gone. Also I am now able to see my newly created favorites on the controller.
Move on. Nothing to see here.
