Problem with LE 7.3.1 cs2 install

My Mac Pro is telling me that the installer requires the prescence of Pro Tools LE 7.3 or 7.3.1.

What I have installed is 7.3.1 cs1. Do i really need to uninstall and then install 7.3 or 7.3.1?

Have you possibly moved the Pro Tools LE application from it's original install location (MacHD>Applications>Digidesign>Pro Tools)?

No, I leave everythig where it is and well alone. I only ever install over Pro Tools. I do not have other aplications on my Mac either its a dedicated system. G5 Quad with 2.5 G of ram running 10.4.8 trying to install cs2 but running 7.3.1.cs1

Ok, if you're absolutely sure you haven't moved or renamed any of the installed Pro Tools components, try these options:

1. Repair disk permissions and try the updater again
2. Try installing the updater from a different admin account
3. Zap PRAM and reset open firmware (if you're on a G5 - not available on Intel Macs), then try the updater again.

i absolutely HAD moved the Digidesign folder (into a Music Aps folder inside the Applications folder).
and moving it back out solved the problem.

Right I only have one acount on my Mac? My disk permissions are fine?

I am sorry but I don't understand ZAP PRAM? Reset open firmware? sorry if I sound a bit stupid?

I have been fine on this Mac since I upgraded over from a PC, I ran V6, upgraded to 7, then 7.3, but this latest version just will not go on.
