Alternates Match Criteria -how to disable it
I've been recording for a few hours and suddenly I'm getting this pop-up 'Alternates Match Criteria' and list a list of the tracks when I click my cursor. Can anyone in the forum tell me how to get rid of it? Very frustrated.
 HELP!

From page 641 in the Reference Guide:
Right-click a clip with the Selector or the Grabber tool and select Matches > Match Criteria. Uncheck all three options under Alternates Match and select None under In Addition To:. Does that solve your issue?
