Default RTmac and Quicktime music problem

Well I've narrowed my problem down further. If I turn off the RTMac extensions I can run Quicktime Music and Pro Tools Free without crashing. I'm running a dual monitor system, the second being off the RTMac card. As soon as I load the RTMac extensions and try to run Pro Tools with Quicktime Music on in the OMS setup, Pro Tools hangs the system.

Is anyone else having this problem?
