Default QuickTime Music prompt

Does any one else have the the prompt:
" Please find "QuickTime Music" (or a file to use instead). This patch document is current for one or more devices. "
when opening a PT session? The extension is right there in the QuickTime extension folder but PT doesn't see it. What is it and how do I get rid of it?
