i have two crucial questions....please help!

ok i just bought a mac....i was using protools on a pc before, so i put my whole folder with all my songs on a usb stick, and tried to transfer them to a mac......my songs are there.....and all the info seems to be there in the edit window...........but i can only hear the audio tracks, the vocals......i cant hear any of the instrument tracks...

so my first important question, is does anyone know why i cant hear the intruments? the tracks are there, and all the notes seem ta be there, but i cant hear them, only voice....

my second question is about registration.....i had to go on my pc, to get here, because i cant use my mac in this forum til i register......but i dont have my serial number anymore......can i get my serial number and info off this computer, or from my previous registration somehow?

both of these questions have me in a rweal pickle right now

i should also mention......that when the songs are loading, a window pops up that says the following plug ins were made inactive because they cant be fouind in the folder.....kontackt, mida grand, and expand2..........these are what i use for my instruments......i could see kontcakt showing up, cuz i havent installed those plug ins yet.....but expand 2 comes with protools, so why is that one not there.....or how do i get them active again?

Have you run Avid Virtual Instruments Installer?
