Default Pro Tools 8= Dating a stripper with daddy issues

..It looks pretty. and when its acting right it's a beautiful thing. But it has crashed on me over 15 times in a 12 hour work day. I can't bounce midi to audio tracks w/o crashing. i can't use fades in beat detective w/o crashing. I can't open reason w/o a headache.

This [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep] needs a cs1 asap. or else i'm gonna have to kill this stripper and go back to my old fat girl who cooks all the time (7.4.2)

ahh that felt good :)

We started using PT8 on the 4th day it was released... not even one crash so far.
Yes there are some glitches that need to be worked out but no performance issues at all on our side.

same here- very stable- still some third party issues- slower then 7.4, but it works- I really like the new functions.

Just because you love ProTools, doesn't mean ProTools is gonna love you back.
It's a lot like dating a German chick.
