Waiting case ( in queue since 32 days)

Hello everybody , i'm so disappointed right now .


I have a lot of issues with Pro tools version . Maybe you saw a lot of posts of mine having some spikes Cpu issues , even if my plugins were removed etc. I can't work with Pro tools anymore , since having 3 plugins for example can cause a playback error , with a 2020 i9 -10980H computer !


I tried to open a case , and i'm waiting since 32 days now . Still in queue , i tried to update it by writting or giving the more examples about my issue i could.... Thinking it will make my case more quickly reviewed ...


No luck . Do you know how long we have to wait??? please , i'm so desperate right now .
