Are you recording the vocals to a mono track?
Have you set the output of the mono track to out 1&2?
Have you set you mix knob correctly (monitor vs playback)
Is the left even working?
Have you loaded wavedriver to the MBox can act like a sound card?
Have you found the Wavedriver interface for WMPlayer?

PLease read the MBox basics to understand the I/O and bussing of your audio signal.
Please read the manual for how to use wavedriver.

K?

If you are recording to a stereo track and using a MONO source, such as a microphone, you are only recording one side of the stereo track (in your case, it appears to be the right side). Typically, unless you are recording with two microphones to create a stereo effect, you would record vocals to a MONO track, and pan accordingly at mixdown.

This is really good advice; they both should already be installed on your PC as PDF files, and are also Downloadable Here

I would also like to recommend a book such as Home Recording Basics to get you started.

Yes, record vocals to mono tracks. Any instrument or voice that is a mono(single) sound should go on a mono track(vocals, bass, guitar, tambourine....). Stereo sounds such as many keyboards with L&R outputs would go to a stereo track. Say you have 4 vocal parts, each on mono tracks. You would likely pan the lead vocal to center and pan the background vocals off to either side. Give your vocal tracks "space and spread" by sending an aux send of them to a stereo aux track with a reverb plugin inserted. Think of stereo as a "sound field" where you place your mono tracks to simulate real players/singers spread out on a virtual stage. If the guitar player is stage left, pan the guitar track to that side. Play around with it and you will get the picture pretty quickly. Above all, have fun.
