Changed credit card and Pro Tools subscription now on hold

Changed credit card when it was time for the new month to be charged and Pro Tools subscription now on hold , what a waste of time . Avid must have serious money problems to make users be held hostage and not really own software and updates always having to have a way of getting more and more cash from you .... seems desperate
tried to make a case but will not let me create as always one of the many boxes on that page not filled in correct .
