I'm in the process of potentially moving from PT 12.4 on High Sierra to PT 2019 on Mojave.
Couple of questions. First, could I actually run 12.4 on Mojave? From what I've read it's hit or miss on this. Second, if I update to 2019, could I still pass sessions back and forth with someone who is still on 12? Thanks. |

No. Compatibility info here.
Yes, PTX sessions work with 10.0.0 and later. Obviously if you use some new feature it will be dropped when you open in older version.

JFreak: Thank you on the PTX clarification. A rep at a major music retailer here in the US claimed I would not be able to go backward once I got 2019. Totally understand on the new features being dropped.
