Random mutes in pt

I have a problem. I have finished editing and sond design for a short movie. After some time director calls me and says that they have done some edits. I got the time codes of the edits and with time operations I have inserted and cut the timeline and everything is in sync with new version of video. The problem is that when pt is in playback dialog and atmospheres are being muted randomly. There is no automation going on.. Any suggestions?
