Default PTLE to logic

what would be the best way to convert exising PT session to Logic project. I don't have OMF.

1. Consolidate tracks to full song/project length all starting at 0.00.
2. If there are tempo changes, export a midi file to create a tempo map which can be imported into Logic.

Import the above into a new Logic project.
