Default MOOG MODULAR V and my MIDI KEYBOARD --- HELP.

As a stand alone program Moog Modular works with my keyboard as the MIDI control. But within pro-tools it doesn't work as a plug-in...only with the mouse can I play notes within PT6. (So chord and all that are out of the question). WHAT do I need to make sure of or do to make my set up work.

PS: Reason works within PT.

My Moog works beautifully. Make sure the Midi track is rec enabled, Monitoring is set to Input Only, the Midi In is set to ALL, Midi Thru is enabled in PT, all should be well.

What Digi hardware are you using? What Midi Interface? Nevermind - I see it. Almost the same as me.

Midi thru is in the Midi pull down. Monitoring is in one of the pull downs too. Not hard to find if you look.
