Default Automate multiple aux send mutes?

Is it possible to automate several aux send levels or mutes on the same track? I have several sends on a vocal track but the automation only works on the last one I update. The other sends stay in their last known state. Is this a bug or is there only one "track" of midi info per track/aux send?
