Default Intrument Track does not sync with tempo
Intrument Track does not sync with tempo???

I copied the midi data from intrument to MIDI track and it follows the tempo... am I doing something wrong???

Are you using Grid Mode and is your Time Base selector showing Ticks? What VI (Virtual Instrument) have you inserted on that Instrument track? Some VI's are able to be checked in the MIDI Beat Clock option under Setup>MIDI>MIDI Beat Clock. Example, Reason modules can be checked.

What about Hardware latency, are you using MIDI tracks and Instrument tracks together (External Hardware and Software based programs)?

Make sure you have the Timebase of the instrument track set to Ticks (see PT Reference Guide p.235).

I am using Xpand. And I have created separate MIDI track and inserted as plug into an Audio track like pre 7.X PTLE.. and adjusting and changing tempo.. works.

That was IT!!!... now can you change already created Instrument Tracks back to ticks from Samples???
