Default 2 Tracks of Same Instrument in Reason

Hi there,

I'm using Reason in ReWire mode and am trying to record two separate tracks of the same instrument. To make things a bit easier, I've created 2 of that one instrument in Reason, and then selected my Reason channels accordingly in PT8.

When I play (while or while not recording, but when record enabled), I get visible output only from the appropriate instrument in Reason, but I get input on the meters and recorded audio on both tracks in PT8, so essentially, it just records both "parts" on both tracks.

I have my master keyboard option deselected, but cannot figure out why this is going on.

Can someone help?

Thanks,

MJ
