Alplitude has pulse hissing, remedies?

I got the Aplitude software with the purchase of digi 002 and pro tools le.
It has some great sounds, you can transform an acoustic guitar to crunch distortion etc...

Problem is when i use it for a plug in I get small pulses of hiss about every 4 seconds, it makes it totally unusable as a plug in option.

Are there any remedies out there?

It's gone into demo mode. It uses your computer id to generate and check the authorization, and if anything changes the computer id, such as getting a new hard drive etc etc, the authorization fails because the computer id has changed.

Log in to the ikmultimedia web site for a new registration. While you're there, you should download the update so you can save presets (another known bug). If you have trouble with that, you should contact ik.

Their software is notorious for registration and other problems.
