Assigning Dock Right Control Buttons
I have been trying to "program" the black buttons on the right side controls of the Avid Dock (see attached picture). The EUCON software appears to let you set these, but everytime I try it bricks the Dock and the settings change to other settings, seemingly randomly.
I have read all of the documentation and I can't find anywhere that says that you are allowed to change these functions. The software clearly allows one to try to set these, but just because you 'can' do something, doesn't mean the designers really have tested, enabled, and support this. The manuals do state that you can change the functions of the 'Touch Strip' to the right. Anyone have any ideas, suggestions, etc?

Re: Assigning Dock Right Control Buttons
Thanks Ian:
I am running: EUCON Workstation Unified Install 2022.9 (Win) The Dock is almost two years old and is running Firmware: 21.8.1.0 Last night I reset everything and reinstalled to defaults (for the 7th time at least). I deleted old profile files, etc... I finally gave up (for the time being) resetting the Black buttons and reassigned the touch strip under the wheel. This works, but it is not really how I wanted to set things up.

Re: Assigning Dock Right Control Buttons
While I'm seeing some other incorrect behavior with the Dock Right Edit buttons in 2022.9 (which are fixed in our upcoming release) I'm still able to edit those buttons in the soft key editor without bricking the Dock. Could you collect the support files after getting the Dock in the bricked state and send them to me? Click on the EuControl icon at the top right and select "Collect Support Files"
