Default How to clean-up (delete) unused plugins (Windows)

Pro Tools takes about 3 minutes to load after rebooting because it's loading tons of plugins that I'll never use. One example has something to do with Waves (which I uninstalled weeks ago). Is there any way I can delete some of these? Where are they (on a Windows box)?

Thanks!

Assuming you have a recent version(11 or higher), go here:
C:/Program Files/Common Files/Avid/Audio/Plugins
grab anything you don't need and move those to the Plugins(unused) folder. Remember that any stock plugins you move will likely reappear in the future whenever you install a newer version of Pro Tools

On my Windows system it takes a while to load the plugins, but that's only during booting or rebooting Windows. If I just quit and relaunch PT, it takes about as long as it takes in macOS normally which is pretty quick. This is true in Windows10 or 11.
