Unhappy ask for help

i can't open my project,what can i do now and what's the problem? i used windows 7 and pro tools8.04cs2. please help me immediately. thank you very much.

Did you try to open the backup session from your backup folder?

In case you have no auto session backup turned on and therefore no backup sessions available you can create a new blank session and try to import session data (tracks) from the bad session.
