Just updated tp PT 2022.7 and now PT does not recognise my iLok licence - please help

Please remove your system ID from that picture for security reasons. Your support plan is up to date. You can call Avid for support on this issue.

According to that pic you have no ilok associated with you Avid account. This could be your issue. You need to link your Ilok account with Avid so it can deposit your current license in your ilok account

Picture removed. I have an iLok associated. I remove its number, but forgot to remove the system ID...

Your licenses await you!

That a “Locked Group” of 9 licenses that you cannot split/separate.
Just click on the white triangle at the top of your ILM listing:
“Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle with 10/11/12+I/O) (9)”
This will collapse the entire listing to one line.
Drag it to your iLok and follow the prompts - wait until the spinning beachball stops – it takes a short time for the process to complete.
Right-click on your iLok in the left-hand column of iLok License Manager and select “Synchronize”. Again, this takes a short time.
Sign out of iLok License Manager (ILM).

Restart computer.

Launch Pro Tools.

Did you manage to drag the “Bundle” from “Available” to your iLok?

(Click on your iLok in the LH column of ILM – you should now see your entire Bundle)

Synchronized?

Logged out of ILM/restarted/launched Pro Tools with iLok connected?

Just read Post #11 - if you need your System ID, it's in your Avid Master Account alongside your Bundle
This is the same account as your 2016 Bundle?
