Iv also had a hard time making amplitube work on my system. Iv tried diferent versions (all updated) but no luck.

Maby its just my system or maby there are some problems with amplitube on PT9 and windows 7.
Maby its a combination of the two. I dont know. But the solution for me is to render with audio suite.
Ok, that is good (bad) to hear. I mean in that I can wait to upgrade amplitube until the recording session is finished. So many tracks are using amplitube 2 already. Hate to have to swap them all out in the project files anyways.

Faster drives and more RAM may make a huge improvement.

If possible, 7,200 RPM, SATA III 64 mb cache drives. Western Digital Caviar BLACK are the forum favourites at the moment.

Cheers,
