Default No sound with Motu Microbook2

Connected my motu microbook2 to my mac, selected it in system preference of sound and ran the PT 10.3.5
but no sound came out
I could hear system sound and music played in itunes with my audio interface, but I don't know why I can't hear any sound played in PT.
Hope someone could help me.
Many thanks.

It looks like the Motu Microbook has a USB 2 option and it seems that you've plugged it in correctly because it is working with iTunes.

Sometimes Pro Tools doesn't automatically see your audio interface. Launch Pro Tools, then go to SETUP, then PLAYBACK ENGINE, and select your interface from the drop down menu.

If you are opening an existing session, go to Setup>IO and choose default. Hold Shift and select all tracks. With all tracks selected hold Option+Shift and change a track's output to 1+2 / L+R (However your interface IO displays)

Thank you very much! I changed track's output to aux instead of main and it worked.
