V8_cs2 crashing when rebussing ST instrument track to Mono bus

I've been having this problem where PT 8 (cs2) crashes out if I try to bus a stereo instrument track to a mono bus... Structure specifically. I called Digi tech support last week to try and get some help and the guy actually helped by having me rebuild the IO pages. But now it's happening again and that trick doesn't work. I rebuild it but it still crashes. I trash my prefs but it still crashes... nothing is working.

Any ideas on what I could possibly do to make this software work as it should?

Just a thought about rebuilding the i/o page! every time you open an old session it will open the i/o setup saved with it. so i guess you would have to make sure you import the new i/o setup into every old session that you open. you would have to delete all the old i/o setup routing then import the new one.

Thanks for the input. I am rebuilding the IO page, in every possible way, and I'm only working on 1 session in this particular case.
