Default Update Module Firmware message after 3.7 update

Hey guys
Just updated the S6 to 3.7, but now getting a message upon rebooting the S6 that the MODULE firmware needs to be updated to version 3.7 b/c it is "out of sync." However, I'm not finding any instructions on how to update the individual modules. Can anybody help out a noob?
Thanks
